Part 1: The Main Characters of The Lycan King’s Mate
Ava
With dirty wavy blonde hair and mesmerizing green eyes, Ava has captivated the heart of their pack’s Alpha, Caleb. She believes that with the chemistry and sparks that they feel for each other, they would end up as mates.
It was not until her eighteenth birthday when Caleb finally smelled the sweet and arousing scent of his mate that Ava’s dreams shattered. Caleb’s mate is Ava’s twin sister, Lily.
The two might be opposite but they are still sisters so Ava tried to accept everything and continued to support Lily, especially now with the arrival of the important guests. Little did everyone know that as soon as the guests stepped foot in their place, the lycan king’s mate will be revealed.

Cameron
King Cameron is the lycan king who’s the epitome of grace, power, and might. With dark brown hair with a slight curl to it, lustrous hazel brown eyes, high chiseled cheekbones, and kissable full lips, Cameron is deserving of the title of the proudest eligible bachelor.
Unable to find his mate, he lived his life in debauchery with girls who either just wanted to play with him or be with him for power: Rachel is one of those girls. She’s the sister of Cameron’s beta, Chris, who seems to not approve of Ava as the lycan king’s mate.
Part 2: Main Story of The Lycan King’s Mate
The Lycan King’s Mate follows the story of Ava. She was in a relationship with Caleb until her eighteenth birthday when it was revealed that she was not his mate. Despite her heartbreak, she chooses to understand and support Caleb and her twin sister, Lily, as shown when the lycan royals visited their pack.
Then she met her mate, Cameron, the Lycan King, and thus began her journey as the lycan king’s mate. Cameron wanted Ava to be close to him to ensure her safety so he brought her into his pack.
In an unfamiliar pack where some people hold secrets and might be plotting something sinister that may threaten their safety, Ava needs to be careful of whom she trusts.
The Lycan King’s Mate contains a good mix of romance, suspense, and mystery. At first, I thought that the novel would stop after Ava became the lycan king’s mate but reading further allowed me to make sense of some small details that can be easily overlooked in the first few parts.
The author, Bridget Marie, hooked the readers by putting Ava into roller-coaster-like emotions when she suddenly becomes the lycan king’s mate. She also introduced interesting characters and dropped hints that this character might play a big role later on.
There will be great surprises waiting for you as you delve deeper into each character’s thoughts.

The Lycan King’s Mate Chapter 2
Following the unexpected arrival of the lycan royals, Ava and Lily immediately began planning a reception. Ava helped her sister while making sure she didn’t overdress as Alpha Caleb had requested.
Ava, who was used to going unnoticed, wore a simple blue dress that she had accidentally stained with coffee. But to her surprise, when the guests arrived, she was the center of attraction as the most stunning of the visiting lycan royals strode towards her. That very same lycan royal closed the distance between him and Ava and growled, “Mine.”
It was so hilarious that Ava had no idea that she had just become the lycan king’s mate. She even walked him into his room with only one shoe on.
The Lycan King’s Mate Chapter 4
There is nothing here in this chapter except for the reasons why we should be swooning over King Cameron!
This chapter marks the beginning of Ava and Cameron’s intimate scenes. It was a hot and intense chapter, full of Ava’s longing and adoration for Cameron’s techniques and oozing body, especially down there. But just as their sexual desires are peaking, someone unexpectedly knocks on the door!
Did Cameron let that person in? Yes! However, he didn’t let him see Ava in her aroused state. King Cameron just proves that he isn’t egoistic. Plus his conviction of making Ava his queen. Who wouldn’t be envious of the lycan king’s mate, Ava, at this point?
The Lycan King’s Mate Chapter 9
The Lycan King’s Mate isn’t lacking in Cameron’s point of view but the first is always the most special.
After fooling around with Ava in bed, Cameron has to deal now with the matter involving the Red Night Pack. They are growing in power and can even use an ability exclusively for the Lycans. Despite the majority’s disagreement, Cameron’s Beta, Chris, suggested that they leave the matter alone.
Chris has just given Cameron another reason to dislike him, in addition to how rough he was with Ava earlier. He is, after all, the brother of King Cameron’s current fling, Rachel. That sort of explains everything.
But while Cameron was busy dealing with this matter, he couldn’t help but think of his mate’s irresistible body. How bold she is in bed despite always being nervous and shy. Cameron also started contemplating Ava and Caleb’s relationship which made him a bit jealous. And you know what will happen if you have a jealous mate…
