She is scared to find a mate out of the belief that werewolves of other packs will find out more about her remaining families once she does. When these werewolves do, they will proceed in killing her. However, the pack’s choosing ceremony becomes a gateway for her new romantic adventure lives with Jacob Chester, her Alpha mate.
Jacob Ceaster
Jacob Chester is the 25-year-old Alpha king from the Mated To The Alpha King series. The rest of the werewolf characters in the book recognize him as one of the most powerful and ruthless werewolves.
As an Alpha king, it’s not a surprise that he commands respect whenever and wherever he is. No wolves would dare to defy his orders. As Scarlett’s mate, he is also quite possessive, as he threatens to kill every male wolf who flirts with Scarlett, including his Beta.
Lynn and Sebastian
Lynn of the Mated To The Alpha King is Scarlett’s long-time best friend. She is a cheerful and innocent she-wolf, and she is less powerful than Scarlett. Scarlett seems to be closer to Lynn than to her wolf. Later on in the book, we learn that Sebastian, a Beta werewolf, is her mate.
I think the two are so cute together! Sebastian doesn’t only come across as another submissive and passive Beta character. His calm demeanor also balances Lynn’s cheerfulness and big energy so well. Anyways, this is the first time me to read a romantic story that involves male Beta werewolves.

The story of Mated To The Alpha King begins by telling us the story of Scarlett Haden, the main female character. The first chapter of Mated To The Alpha King also introduces us to Lynn, Scarlett’s long-time best friend.
As we read through the chapters of Mated To The Alpha King, we know that Scarlett doesn’t fuss around seeking her mate, because she is the rare white wolf who possesses a great gift from the Moon Goddess.
Scarlett’s parents have tried so hard in keeping her identity as a rare white wolf a secret. So, if Scarlett found her mate, chances are that werewolves who found out about the truth will proceed in killing her.
However, she can’t reject her fate, as she attended the choosing ceremony that Alpha Richard, the Alpha from her pack, has organized.
When she attended the ceremony, she smelled an amazing scent that is a mixture of strawberry, lemon, and cinnamon, which belongs to her mate, Jacob Chester, the Alpha king.
