Briar Rose, she’s a fighter and a believer. But after years of experiencing constant abuse in her marriage, she knows she has to get it. If she can’t get herself out she would have to find the one who can help her out.
That’s what Briar does, she goes to the demon and offers him seven years deal. She’s strong, she’s willing to sacrifice seven more years to find her peace.
But when the demon king instead of putting her to work, put her to the auction in front of the monsters.
I enjoyed how Katee Robert showed Briar’s character, her hurt, her troubled past, and aching feelings with fear and she’s just vulnerable to the naked eye.
Sol, the dragon King and a monster who wants to breed a human woman to create an heir that can prosper his kind. Unlike all the heroes we have seen, Sol stands out.
He’s kind, charming, and immensely sexy and he wants to take care of Briar. I loved how Sol was genuine in his feelings towards Briar and even though he was a monster he was kind towards Briar.
The sexy part of Briar is that he seeks her consent even though he has got a monster face he makes sure to put Briar first and make her comfortable.
Katee Robert does it again, she brings out the best in her Characters and makes us even fall for a monster

I wanted to know more about Briar. But when Sol was introduced, the monster I was enthralled to see how Sol and Briar would go together.
What attracted me the most in The Dragon’s Bride Story is that Katee Robert makes her monster hero a true gentleman with a contract of their arrangement laying out terms that puts Briar first.
I enjoyed how Katee gave equal strength to Briar and Sol as they developed their feelings with a lot of sexy moments, seduction scenes, and some crazy monstrous sex I had never seen before.
