Lady Dhampir Chapter 3
When we look for Chapter 3 of Lady Dhampir, we will see that the chapter’s title is “A Dhampir”. True to the chapter’s name, the stories of this chapter focus on Milena’s identity as a half-vampire and half-human being, which people would refer to as a dhampir.
More specifically, the stories in this chapter open up by telling us that Milena feels so traumatic after she was caged with animals in the previous chapter. She looks so frightened that she will accept any kind of treatment from people who refer to her as “the young Lady”, including the maids who choose her clothes, brush her hair, put on her shoes, and more.
This chapter is also the first time in the whole Lady Dhampir book story that Milena meets her parents and her three brothers: Valentin, Lucian, and Raphael. Lucian is the most intolerant of the three de Crescent brothers. He can’t seem to accept the reality that Milena is a dhampir instead of a vampire. In addition, Lucian keeps on asking questions to the frail-looking Milena.

The title of Chapter 6 in Lady Dhampir is “Prince Elias”. Prince Elias’ full name is Elias de Solar, and he is from the Royal Family in the Royal Palace. We know these things from the previous chapter of this book. After the brief introduction of Prince Elias, the prince proceeds to take time to know more about Milena.
This chapter of Lady Dhampir also highlights how Milena’s past surroundings have made her forget who she truly is. She has forgotten to pick up manners due to her slavery periods, and her overprotective father also never allowed her to go outside the Manor. As a result, Milena becomes a book lover, and she starts to discuss the chapters she read with the prince.

This chapter of the Lady Dhampir book is yet another chapter with the prince’s name as the title. More precisely, the title is “Prince Rayan”. Prince Rayan is unlike Prince Elias who is all warm and friendly toward Milena.

Prophecy or the oracle is the major theme that we get after reading Chapter 15 of Lady Dhampir (title: “The Oracle’s Prophecies”). Jenny as the author of Lady Dhampir’s book opens up the story by telling us that Milena is typically a rational person, and encountering the prophecies will be her first time dealing with “the unseen”.
Raphael is the one who guides Milena to believe that the oracle is not just another superstitious belief. First, he explains that some of the prophecies have turned out to be accurate in the past, including the disasters three years ago and the death of Queen Dowager. He also explains to his sister that the High Priestess hates the oracle so much.
Second, and that I believe is one of the most interesting points in this chapter of Lady Dhampir, is that Raphael helps Milena interpret what the oracle is saying. From these things, we get that the protagonists of Lady Dhampir should be aware of the de Winter family, as the prophecy turns out to be bad toward them.
