As I read through the Claiming His Omega book, I get the impression that Jake is not content in only rejecting Emma because she’s just an Omega and he needs a stronger mate. Jake also beats Emma down with his other four male friends, which results Emma in losing consciousness.
Fortunately, she has the Gamma Aldrick Harker, who has Doctor Ayad to look after her in a hospital.
Like any other Omegas, other beings tend to underestimate Emma. However, Gamma Aldrick is different than other werewolves. He would kill everyone who bullies Emma. Then, the novel’s title, which is”Claiming His Omega”, will soon be realized!
Part 1: The Author Of Claiming His Omega
Merrily Malicious as the author of Claiming His Omega may have a somewhat twisted pen name (re-read the word: “Malicious”). She also claims herself as a”nocturnal brat”. However, I see she’s one of the friendliest authors when I see the author’s messages and fan page postings on her social media account.
Merrily Malicious, the author of Claiming His Omega, may only have one Facebook account. However, she doesn’t only focus on telling her readers about her books’ signs of progress (including the Claiming His Omega book). Instead, she also frequently updates her audiences about the reasons she doesn’t update her most current book.
Speaking of which, Claiming His Omega is the first novel that Merrily Malicious writes on the Dreame platform. The second novel is currently on hiatus because she experiences a severe health problem.
At this moment, we can only pray for Merrily Malicious’ health, so she will get better. After all, she is one of the most skillful writers on Dreame. Part 2: Hot Chapters From Claiming His Omega
Claiming His Omega Chapter 1
Chapter 1 of Claiming His Omega has the title of”Emma Winters”. So, we know Merrily Malicious as the author of Claiming His Omega is introducing the main female character in this chapter of the novel.
The main female character of Claiming His Omega is Emma Winter, the Omega runt of the New Moon pack. She was abandoned and orphaned since she was a small pup. Since then, she has started working hard to survive, including taking odd jobs at some points in her life. She doesn’t let her struggles wear her down.
It’s also through reading Chapter 1 of Claiming His Omega that we learn all about Emma’s physical appearance. We consider Emma a small-sized Omega since she only stands 5’3″ tall.
Her appearances are also androgynous, and she loves wearing a black tee and a hoodie. However, her tomboyish charm doesn’t mean she can’t attract any guys, and we’ll see more about this later on in the novel’s chapter.
Claiming His Omega Chapter 2
As we progress through Chapter 2 of Claiming His Omega, we learn more about the main male character of the story. The main male character is Gamma Aldrick Harker. I guess this point is one of the most interesting points that Merrily Malicious brings to the story. It’s usually Alpha who gets the she-wolf, but this time is a different story.
From this chapter of Claiming His Omega book, I also know that Aldrick’s Alpha, Brodey Williams, and his pack’s Beta, Miles Delgado, are only acting as the supporting characters of Claiming His Omega. This chapter even only mentions their names, which is a surprising point for me.
I guess Aldrick is a Gamma who lives his life the Alpha way. After all, he has a secretary and a connection with the company that Emma works in. We see Aldrick’s connections with Emma’s workplace in later sentences in this chapter. These whole things give me the impression that Aldrick is not the Gamma that you want to mess around with.
Claiming His Omega Chapter 3
With the title of”Rejection”, I immediately think about a male werewolf saying things like, “I, (insert his name and title here), reject you, (insert the she-wolf’s name and title here), as my Luna and …”
When I think about the main male and female characters, along with the usual relationship dynamics in most werewolf romance books, I was thinking that the main male character, Aldrick, was about to do that to Emma in this chapter of Claiming His Omega.
As I read through Chapter 3 of Claiming His Omega, it turns out that I am dead wrong! While it’s true that it involves a painful rejection from the male werewolf to Emma, the male werewolf is somebody else. He is Jake Alderete, the warrior werewolf who is also Emma’s crush at school and who should be her Goddess-given mate.
Later on, it turns out that Jake is a vicious individual. He doesn’t only reject Emma on her birthday, but he also sends his four” people” to beat Emma down until she loses consciousness. No wonder we see Emma’s wolf, Abby, getting furious in the opening part of this chapter.
Claiming His Omega Chapter 5
Merrily Malicious as the author of Claiming His Omega opens up the stories in Chapter 5 according to Aldrick’s POV. The setting of this chapter takes place in the hospital. Additionally, the stories here happen two weeks after Jake and his male friends beat Emma down on her birthday.
Emma still hasn’t woken up yet, despite Dr. Ayad stating that she’s more stable now. As we read through this chapter of the Claiming His Omega novel, we know that Emma is going to be moved to another room. Meanwhile, Aldrick is back at his workplace in the packhouse’s prison. There, he meets Blaze Lytle, a senior in the high school, and Axel Gomez.
I get the impression that these two guys are involved in Emma’s beatings. The ways Aldrick defends Emma in front of these guys are amazing and inspiring for me! He doesn’t only remind them of their responsibilities, but he also shows video proof of the crime. I can’t wait for these two bullies to die!
