Part 1: Four Or Dead: Emma’s Incredible Story
If you were to choose between living with an abusing father and living with four hot boys, who merely pranked you but never truly hurt you, which one would you pick? In Four Or Dead, Emma’s choice isn’t easy, yet, she made the right one.
Once again, Emma is sitting in front of the mirror, trying her best to hide the scars that are now deeply embedded in her skin. Pulling her blouse, she is ready to face reality again.
Her father, the man who was supposed to love and protect her, the man who seemingly was the perfect, loving parent for the outside world has been her personal tormenter for many years. Part 2: Four Or Dead Main Characters, One Dispirited Girl And Her Guardian Angels
Emma
She is the obvious definition of a kick-ass heroine in Four Or Dead novel. Having gone through a great deal of physical assaults and raping, there is nothing she fears. On the contrary, she can take anything boldly, showing the remnants of her abuse without hesitation.
Emma may be scarred and broken, yet she is beautiful and daring, determined to get her revenge on her father and all those men who abused her. One by one, she takes them down, even if it were the last thing she would ever do.
When it comes to love and relationships, her first intimate experience was actually a rape, yet Asher really took care of her in bed, making Emma feel as she should have felt while losing her purity, loved and cared for.
Asher
Asher may be considered the leader of the Dark Angels as the boys gathered around him. Logan and Jayden came first and his dad took them in like they were his boys. Leo came later, yet they acted as if they were more than friends, they were brothers.
As the heir of the most powerful man in the city, Asher had the perfidious task to enamor Andrea, his father’s nemesis and make her spill the man’s secrets.
He is a handsome boy and, in the beginning of the novel, he seems to be emotionless but, as the story progresses, you’ll get to discover a news side of him, as he shows his true colors with Emma. Although he is the last one to admit his feelings towards the girl, he is the sweetest and the most protective of them all.
Leo
Leo joined the Dark Angels clan later when his parents kicked him out of the house for refusing to take over the family’s legacy and follow their footsteps in becoming a lawyer.
Before joining the Dark Angels group, Leo used to be Emma’s friend and they were even close to starting something, but with his new friends mocking the girl, he had to pretend he didn’t like her at all and kept his distance from then on.
Although having been close to Emma, he never grasped how abused she was at home and now he is willing to do everything in his power to make things right. He is the first one to admit his feelings towards Emma and the first one to show affection.
Logan
As a member of the Dark Angels, he is also one of the coveted boys in school. He doesn’t date though. Ever since his girlfriend was brutally murdered, he was afraid to let any girl get close to him.
Meeting Emma though changed everything. No matter how hard he tried to stay away, all he wanted was to get closer to her and protect her at all costs.
Logan is the one who nicknamed Emma Sunny and the first one to steal a kiss from her.
Jayden
He seems to be the calmest member of the Dark Angels from Four Or Dead by Goa, yet he the first to admit his dislike for Andrea, the girl whom Asher needs to date to help his father.
Also, to protect Emma, he is ready to bash anyone who dares to lay his hand on her, including her own father.
