Chapter 2 of The Luna and her Quadruplet Pups tells us how brutal the betrayal and divorce feel to Jane. Not only that her husband divorces her, but Eve, Ethan’s new woman, also joins Ethan in mocking and humiliating her… And these entire things happen as the poor Omega Jane struggles with giving birth.
Later on, we know that Jane’s doctor confirms that she gives birth to two sons and two daughters. They are all in Jane’s womb, but the one last daughter is near to dying if nobody saves her. So, we can only hope for miracles to happen in the next chapter.

It’s not only happening because Chapter 4 takes a time setting that happens four years after Chapter 2 and some portions of Chapter 3, and after Ethan saves Jane’s daughter’s life.
Moreover, the turning point also happens in this chapter, because this chapter is the part of The Luna and her Quadruplet Pups novel that leads us in learning about Jane’s true identity as Elise Carrington, the founder, and CEO of the famous La Louve perfume, which shocks Eve.
