True to the novel’s title, the Luna Aleksa Escape novel’s story is all about a 20-year-old Luna named Aleksa Petrov from the Evergreen pack. Alpha Lachlan Fang is her mate. Even though everybody in the Evergreen pack fears Lachlan upon hearing his name, he has been so attentive and considerate towards his wife and children’s needs.

Unfortunately, their happy lives are just the covers. Alpha Lachlan doesn’t only have one affair with Eva, his Beta’s mate. He also dares to have bedroom romances with Eva in front of Aleksa’s eyes and even desires to declare Eva as his new Luna.
Then, the fearsome Alpha Lachlan proceeds in threatening Aleksa to shut up and accept everything as they are, just because she is a Luna.
Aleksa tries to plan her escape upon knowing these things. We even see her early escape plans in the first few chapters of Luna Aleksa’s Escape. Unfortunately, Aleksa has to face the imprisonment punishment along with the rogue wolves because she dares to divorce her Alpha who has mated and marked her.
Jackson, Lachlans old friend, becomes Aleksa’s confidante while she struggles in getting out of prison. Gamma Caleb and Kali, his mate, also becomes Aleksa’s saviors.

Part 1: Meet The Characters Of Luna Aleksa’s Escape
Aleksa Petrov
Aleksa Petrov, the main female character of Luna Aleksa’s Escape, is a kind-hearted woman who never wants to defy her life’s principles. She is a dignified woman who will stop at nothing to defend her boundaries and her twins from her soon-to-be ex-husband, Alpha Lachlan Fang, from the same Evergreen pack.
I would also say that Aleksa is a sociable woman who finds it easy to mingle with different types of werewolves. Too bad, sometimes, opportunistic and manipulative werewolves like Lachlan and Eva take her for granted.
Lachlan Fang
Lachlan Fang, the Alpha of the Evergreen pack and also one of the main male characters of Luna Aleksa’s Escape, rules his pack with an iron fist. Like any other Alpha characters in werewolf stories, all werewolves in Luna Aleksa’s Escape are either fearful or respectful toward him.
He is also a traditionalist and patriarchal Alpha, and we can see these things in his attempts to make Aleksa shut up and accept his affairs. He also punishes Aleksa by imprisoning her in a dungeon, so Aleksa can’t divorce him – this one’s another negative trait that Lachlan has.
The Supporters
I refer to the rest of the characters in Luna Aleksa’s Escape as “The Supporters” for what they’ve done to Aleksa before and after she is imprisoned. Even though not every character can be as brave as Gamma Caleb and Kali, his mate, in freeing Aleksa,
I would say that at least, these supporters are so kind-hearted and understanding toward the escaping Luna. As one of the readers of Luna Aleksa’s Escape, I hope for the next chapters that one of those werewolves ends up in a closer relationship with Aleksa. (P.S.: Let’s not count Eva in she’s a cheater in the story).
Part 2: Story About Luna Aleksa’s Escape
The first chapter in Luna Aleksa’s Escape novel tells us about how comfortable Aleksa’s life looks like after the fearsome and respectable Alpha Lachlan Fang marks her as his mate and they move out to a place where other werewolves and humans would envy.
Even though everybody else fears Lachlan’s name upon hearing it, Lachlan has always been patient, kind, and understanding in dealing with his wife and their twins. The two also form close, family-like relationships with their Beta and Gamma as well as their mates.
Everything looks so wonderful until Aleksa witnesses her husband cheating on Eva, one of her best friends.
The Luna Aleksa’s Escape plan begins at that time. At first, she tries to lie while at work, just so she can pick the twins up and plan her escapes carefully. Yet, as we turn the pages in Luna Aleksa’s Escape novel, we know that Aleksa witnesses the same cheating thing happening to her husband and his love affair.
In later chapters of Luna Aleksa’s Escape, we know that Aleksa tries to divorce her fated mate, Lachlan, after her fruitless attempts to clarify the affairs. However, she has to meet her unfortunate fate as her soon-to-be ex-Alpha husband imprisons her to a dungeon with several other rogue wolves.
Not only that these acts screw Luna Aleksa’s Escape plan. Now, Aleksa’s supporters have to rescue the poor Luna, so she can meet her twins and enjoy her freedom without her patriarchal Alpha.

Part 3: Meet The Author Of Luna Aleksa’s Escape
When we read about the author behind Luna Aleksa’s Escape book, we find out that Becca Swan is the author’s pen name. As someone who has read many famous werewolf stories before, I have an impression that the author of Luna Aleksa’s Escape specializes in writing about werewolf romances.
True to the author’s pen name, all of the books in Dreame platforms that Becca Swan has authored involve werewolf elements. Luna Aleksa’s Escape is not an exception here. Plus, the book has dark colors as the background’s theme. I have an impression that the colors may be Becca Swan’s favorite colors when I look at the author’s other Dreame book.
Luna Aleksa’s Escape becomes a special novel for Becca Swan. Not only because it is the only novel that has viewers, but it is also the first novel that Becca Swan creates on Dreame’s platform. Until now, there are more than 50,000K reads for this novel, and the novel status itself is completed by October 30, 2022.
Even though Becca Swan is not yet Dreame’s Next Top Writer, I believe the author has a high chance of getting such badges. After all, Becca Swan is one of Dreame’s non-Next Top Writers who has developed Author pages on social media websites like Facebook and Instagram. Plus, the book is also great and relatable!
