Summary
Claire Chadwick was an ordinary college kid studying in New York, after two years of being away from her perfectly normal family, she decided to visit home for a perfect vacation, but her term 'perfect' was ruined when unfamiliar beings showed up in their sky. The home she once knew laid in ruins after the third wave of the aliens hit, surviving without her home was torture but losing her parent was hellish.
On the fifth wave Claire lost her family, she knew she hadn't survived it either, she felt herself dying but it was rather shocking to wake up a day to her SATs exam, when she was just preparing to go to college. She knew that instant she had fallen into a deep abyss of confusion but her dilemma was solved when she figured out she had lived the day she was reliving. Her mind went frenzy on realizing she had been gifted time.
Can a normal once a college kid save the whole world from the inevitable? Would she be able to survive and protect her family this time? Would she make the inevitable evitable or leave the whole world in ruins? Would this gift be a benefit to men or a beginning of bigger destruction?
