Summary
Temperance Jade Abbott is most passionate about being the lead singer of a death metal band she started with her three best friends. The future alpha of the pack, Gideon Kreel bullies her and her friends so she has developed a keen hatred of him. She is horrified when Gideon bans her from being with her friends that includes the man she loves, a young warlock named Jeff Starsky. Temperance and her friends sneak off to an audition and score a record deal. They come up with a plan to escape.
On Temperance’s eighteenth birthday she is horrified to learn that Gideon Kreel is her fated mate. She runs away with her friends but unfortunately Gideon finds her. She is dragged back to the pack where she does everything she can to resist Gideon. Now Alpha, Gideon goes to extremes to force Temperance to submit.
Jeff Starsky with the help of his father comes up with an escape plan for Temperance. She finally escapes with Jeff and lives happily with him for five years. Meanwhile Gideon goes mad and nearly bankrupts the pack in his pursuit of his mate.
When Gideon catches up to Temperance and drags her back will she finally fall for him? Or will she continue to resist him?
