Let’s not forget that Talia’s Luna ceremony in The Silent Alpha was so perfect. She thought she had found her new family with the Beta, Gamma, Omegas, and other werewolves in the Silver Crest pack. After all, her so-called friends, including her beloved Christian, are always ready to protect and accompany her.
Christian had always desired for a pup. Lunas in his mind only serve as tools to breed pups. So, in The Silent Alpha book, after knowing that Talia is infertile according to the pack doctors diagnose and cheating with Vanessa Vasquez, Talia’s sister, he immediately rejects her.
Talia’s unbearable pain in The Silent Alpha doesn’t stop there. The Gamma chooses to follow the Alpha instead of her, and other werewolves in the Silver Crest pack gaslight her by saying that it only happens in her mind.
