Part 1: All About The Core Storylines Of The Lycan’s Queen Novel

The Lycan’s Queen is one of the anti-mainstream werewolf romance novels in terms of the core storyline’s settings. After all, India is the country that becomes the major focus of this second-chance novel, instead of the United States, which seems to almost always be the author’s choice in terms of the place’s settings.

As most of us have already guessed, Aarya Bedi, the 19-year-old female MC of The Lycan’s Queen novel, is an Indian girl who lives with both of her parents, Sid and Tara, who have been mated for 27 years, in a pack named the Black Moon pack. She is the youngest of all siblings; her twin brother and sister’s names are Sai and Zoya.

Aarya has aspired to be the pack’s doctor despite her unconvincing looks. It doesn’t matter if all Indians tend to be doctors, lawyers, or accountants; this female MC of The Lycan’s Queen PDF novel enjoys the thoughts of becoming a doctor. She is also unlike her female best friend or any other classmates, as she prefers dressing up than attending dances and wedding ceremonies.

Even so, Aarya remains a hopeless romantic girl who desperately thinks about her mate. Unfortunately, Aarya’s first mate in The Lycan’s Queen doesn’t seem to love her, as he chooses to betray her by choosing another girl.

Fortunately for Aarya, her female best friend urges her to challenge her boundaries by attending the Lycan Ball. It’s where she meets Adonis Dimitri Grey, a Lycan King who has been looking for his mate for quite a long time, too. In The Lycan’s Queen, the moment they lock eyes is also the moment they feel mutual physical chemistries.

Yet, a relationship with a Lycan King is never not complicated, and so does Aarya’s second-chance mating with Dimitri a.k.a. Adonis. It is full of challenges that only the strongest couples can surmount them, and we can read it all in The Lycan’s Queen.

Part 2: The Hot Chapters We Can Get From The Lycan’s Queen

The Lycan’s Queen Chapter 9

I get an impression that Aarya is on her way home when I read The Lycan’s Queen Chapter 9. Still, the powerful male werewolf duets: Alpha Charter and Lycan King Adonis are forcing Aarya to assert her boundaries even more by spamming her with calls.

In The Lycan’s Queen Chapter 9, Alpha Charter might have shown his terrible sides, which are more wicked than when he betrays Aarya. Diya’s help in erasing the photos that Charter is about to use doesn’t seem to help Aarya, either, even though she is trying. Still, the Lycan King makes Aarya falls heads over heels for him, even though he also seems to want to replace her with another… Lycan female?!

The Lycan’s Queen Chapter 11

The Lycan’s Queen Chapter 11 shows how toxic an authoritative Lycan King like Adonis can be to his (supposed) mate. In previous chapters, we’re certain that Adonis has marked Aarya; however, in this chapter, we see Aarya is being thrown into a room that looks like his room, only with his noisy girlfriend, Savanah.

As expected from a possessive mistress, Savanah keeps on calling Aarya bad names; it is evident through the first few paragraphs of The Lycan’s Queen Chapter 11. However, Adonis quickly shuts her down. Does he support Aarya, though? No! In the end, he keeps on proving to everybody else that he treats Aarya like one of his properties!

Part 3: Let’s Meet L.S.Patel, the Author Of The Lycan’s Queen Novel

Indian authors are well-known for their romance novel specialists with lots of turbulent emotional scenes in the conflicts and climaxes, including L.S.Patel. Anyway, L.S.Patel is the author’s name behind the massive success of The Lycan’s Queen novel that has been published in more than two different platforms.

L.S.Patel herself has some other nicknames: Laila and Lailax, in which I believe is her real name (the first one without “x”, and the second one with the additional “x” after the last alphabet). Laila (or L.S. Patel, in the original publication) might have only published The Lycan’s Queen; still, this novel remains one of the best-selling werewolf romance novels with the second-chance mate as the male MC.

While betrayal and the patriarch culture are two main characteristics that we often find in similar stories (including The Lycan’s Queen L.S.Patel itself), this second-chance novel is different from any other novels. India as the story’s central focus is not only unique when compared to other novels; the fact that the author is also an Indian helps in intensifying the country’s feels throughout the chapters.

Overall, I would say that The Lycan’s Queen novel is full of emotionally-dramatic challenges in the chapters, particularly on Aarya’s struggles in maintaining her boundaries. The ways the two guys (Alpha Charter – Aarya’s ex, and Lycan King Adonis, Aarya’s current mate) bug her also become the dramatic scenes that Aarya constantly involves herself in.
