Part 1: From Omega To Luna: Mallory’s Story In Resisting The Alpha Triplets
Resisting The Alpha Triplets novel begins with the seven-year-old Mallory as she watches her parents frantically talk about her and her mother getting shelter. Her mom wants to stay by her dad’s side, thus she convinces her husband to send the little girl away with her nanny.
What Mallory doesn’t know is that their pack is under attack and their lives are in danger. Promising the girl a little trip with her nanny, the mother and father kiss their daughter goodbye before telling the nanny she needs to hide the girl’s identity if they don’t survive.
Mallory wakes up once again screaming. She’s been having the same nightmare lately but luckily her mom has always been there to comfort her. Sitting in the woman’s warm lap, the girl instantly feels better.
Hearing a knock on the door, Mallory is startled but her mom reminds her that the Alpha and the Luna of the pack are supposed to come by with their triplets. The girl is flustered as the three boys are always picking on her, so she doesn’t want to play with them.
Seeing Maeve’s tired look, Luna Erika asks about Mallory’s wellbeing, so the woman admits that the girl’s been having nightmares again, yet she has no idea who those people from her dreams are.
When she took Mallory and ran away from the pack that night, there was a terrible explosion, causing them to fall and the little girl hit her head, losing all her memories about her real parents.
As Maeve and Luna are talking, the triplets Colt, Clay and Carry are picking on Malory, making fun of her for crying over a silly nightmare. She tries to fight back, threatening to tell other kids about them playing with barbie dolls, but the boys don’t back down.

Two years later, Luna Erika and Maeve prepare a feast for Mallory, as she is set to come back. Colt is still going out with Darcy, while Clay and Carry are basically womanizers. They were never steady daters.
As soon as the girl enters, the triplets are engulfed by the sweetest scent. Mallory had changed a lot in the past two years, becoming a beautiful young woman. Apart from that, her smell enticed the boys.

You may wonder how come a low rank Omega could possibly keep pace with three powerful Alphas. Well, Mallory’s story in Resisting The Alpha Triplets novel is full of secrets and mystery. You’ll see that she’s no ordinary she-wolf. She actually holds status and power.
Mallory
Despite the fact that she has been raised as an Omega, Mallory doesn’t hold back when being bullied by Clay, Carry and Colt. On the contrary, her Alpha side resurfaces whenever they try to dominate her.
Her upbringing never overshadowed her birthright and she never felt like she should be submissive to her future Alphas. Not even when the boys mind the gift the Luna gave her by sending her to train as Luna did Mallory back down.
Deep down I guess she always knew she was destined for greatness. I like the fact that, in the beginning of the novel, when she returned from her Luna studies, she acted like the clingy, enamored girlfriend with Nathan, keeping calm and seeming understanding.
Yet, as soon as Nathan was out of sight, her demeanor changed considerably. She wasn’t fragile or understanding whatsoever. On the contrary, she could easily scold the boys for interrupting her time with her boyfriend.
She did play hard to get with the triplet Alphas and, let’s admit it. They deserved it. But, as soon as their relationship started developing further and further, I must say that I liked their co-dependency. She needed the boys to be safe and happy and they needed her to become better men.
Clay, Cary and Colt
Apparently, they are the Alpha and Luna’s brats in Resisting The Alpha Triplets. They enjoyed picking on Mallory just like any other enamored young boys would pick on the girls they liked. Their childish behavior never let them admit their true feelings towards Mallory, at least not until the mate bond struck them.
Only after finally accepting the fact that they had feelings towards the gorgeous she-wolf did they finally understand their own behavior. But, even though they acted like that because they were interested in Mallory, the girl still wanted to stay away from them.
After all, Nathan was also an Alpha and doted on her. While Cary and Clay were eaten alive by jealousy, there was a different conflict within Colt’s heart. He was the steady kind of guy, which meant that his relationship with Darcy was serious.
Colt is honorable and he stays true to his promises, no matter how hurt he may be. Of course, his decisions aren’t always the best, like the one when he slept with Darcy and caused Mallory deep pain, yet his intentions are pure and related to Mallory’s well-being.
Resisting The Alpha Triplets Clay, Cary and Colt are Mallory’s allies in winning back her pack from the enemies who killed her parents. Surprisingly, the girl is so lovable and beloved that the boys will even ally with her former boyfriend Nathan.
