Part 1: Luna Zelayah’s Story: Alpha Female
Luna Zelayah is approached by her childhood friend, Khalis who wanted to have a serious conversation with her. Sensing the woman’s unease, Zel’s wolf, Sapphire, urged the Luna to have the conversation in her office, so she could record everything. The wolf never trusted that fake friend.
As soon as they reach the chamber, Khalis wastes no time in telling Zelayah that she intends to take her mate away from her, the Alpha of the pack. Zel is stunned by her revelation, especially now that she just found out that she was pregnant and she was about to tell Kosta.
Gathering herself, Zelayah had to ask what prompted her friend to make such statement and Khalis simply stated that she waited for her to do the hard work of growing the pack, making it the third strongest pack and afterwards wanted to claim her husband.
After all, everyone around Khalis ended up with an Alpha mate, even her ugly cousin, but her own mate turned out to be a warrior. It didn’t seem fair to her, so she rejected her fated mate and decided to go after Kosta.

The Alpha was convinced by Khalia that Zelayah had been cheating on him, as all business partners always cooperated with her. Apart from that, she was always staying late in the office. For the past month, he couldn’t even touch his mate thinking that she might have been with someone else.
Khalia went even further and convinced Kosta that Zel’s pup wasn’t even his. Although Zelayah still hoped that Kosta would change his mind and go back to her for their pup, she gave up when she felt the pain of betrayal, when she felt Kosta and Khalia get intimate.
This time, she reclaimed her status as Alpha Princess and sought justice for herself and her pup. Kosta would be brutally punished for doubting her innocence.

Alpha Female novel revolves around Zelayah, a badass she-wolf who keeps the reigns of her pack. Ever since she mated Kosta, she managed all the pack’s financial affairs, securing all its necessities.
The Luna believed she had the perfect life as Kosta’s mate. They had the third strongest pack in the world, powerful allies and they had a pup on the way. Zelayah’s happiness felt complete until one day Khalia decided to tell her that she was going to steal her mate.
Since Zelayah wanted to see whether Kosta was a faithful mate or not, she let Khalia try her best. In her heart, Zel knew that, if her mate gave in, he wasn’t worth fighting for. It didn’t take long for the Luna to find her former friend and her mate dining intimately.
Confronting them only brought her heartache, as Kosta was waiting for the opportunity to strip off her Luna privileges. Unfortunately for the Alpha, rejecting his mate also meant remaining without financial aid.
Zelayah came from a prominent family and most of the pack’s expenses were covered by the money coming from her personal accounts, thus once the Princess went away, the pack wellbeing started to degrade fast.
Kosta is a weak mate. Although he has no valid reason to distrust Zelayah, he listens to Khalia and believes his mate cheats on him with their business partners.
Although it’s obvious that Khalia is lying to him and she wants him for herself, the Alpha does nothing to seek proof for the woman’s accusations. On the contrary, he accepts the accusations and explanations that she is presenting, taking them for granted.
Falling in Khalia’s trap will not only cost Kosta his mate, but also his pup. He suspects that the pup belongs to someone else and, without thinking, he allows Khalia to devise a plan to make Zelayah fall into the arms of her enemy, a man who wanted her body.

Did I like Alpha Female novel? Yes. Would I read it again? Definitely, yes. This novels makes you go through all kinds of emotions as you watch the fierce Zelayah rise from her own ashes and destroy her enemies.
She is heartbroken when the news about her husband’s betrayal sinks in, yet she struggles to pull herself together for the sake of her pup.
I must say that I enjoyed her character’s storyline. She never let her feelings get in the way of justice. She knew exactly what to do to preserve her assets and protect her baby from the man she used to consider the love of her life.
