Part 1: The Amazing Chapters Of The Last Spirit Wolf Novel
Chapter 1
The Last Spirit Wolf Chapter 1 primarily introduces Vera’s life as one of the pack’s doctor team members. Doctors are always on the go, including Vera’s seemingly never-ending shifts in patrolling through the forest to rescue her patients.
One day, when Vera is on her way to the pack’s base camp to meet her Alpha, Vera smells a scary smell of werewolf’s blood. She sees an unusual sight of a heavily injured werewolf barging inside the E.R. room while holding an unconscious wolf on his shoulder when she throws her sight to the room. Then, Vera’s mind wanders to the peace treaty between werewolves and Lycans a few years ago as she carries Dr. Owen’s instructions.
Chapter 5
Running to the base camp is the only exit strategy when the invisible demon is too powerful to overcome; that’s what Lucas does in The Last Spirit Wolf Chapter 5 with Eli. The Last Spirit Wolf Chapter 5 also suggests Noah, one of Lucas’ comrades, is lying unconsciously.
Since Lucas values his friendship, he doesn’t think twice when he sees Vera in her doctor suit passing by and sprints to action by bringing out the hospital bed. At this point, Noah might still haven’t gained his full percentage of consciousness. Yet, he can whisper the word “mate” to the doctor, which surprises Lucas and Eli.
Chapter 6
Vera’s unusual encounters with Noah, Lucas, and Eli, lead her to an encounter with Alpha Sofia and Beta Alex in the pack’s house. Alpha Sofia is getting closer to her due date in The Last Spirit Wolf Chapter 6. So, Beta Alex greets Vera when she returns to the pack house. Then, Vera converses with Sofia when Sofia has permitted Alex to leave the two women alone.
They talk about the injured Lycans and argue about the Lycans’ rival positions to the werewolves. At this point of The Last Spirit Wolf Chapter 6, I get an impression of Sofia’s displeasure in dealing with Lycans, whom she regards as the pack’s enemy. Yet, Vera wants to treasure her friendship with Sofia; that’s why she convinces the interim Alpha about her thoughts on Lycans.
Part 2: The Main Story Of The Last Spirit Wolf Novel
The never-ending rivalry between werewolves and Lycans is the recurring theme in The Last Spirit Wolf. The werewolves and Lycans might have signed the peace treaty forty years before the beginning of the novel’s main story. Yet, they keep nitpicking one another, especially pureblood Lycans, who wish to preserve their blood purity so badly.
As a result, the werewolves and Lycans broke the peace treaty by committing war over anything they deemed crucial: Food supplies, mates, territory, and whatever. In The Last Spirit Wolf novel, we enter the story of Vera, one of the pack’s doctors in the largest-populated werewolf pack in the Southern border territory.
The average werewolves in The Last Spirit Wolf novel shift after they turn 12. On the other hand, Vera can’t access her wolf in her 23, making her sometimes doubt her werewolf identity. Yet, she can’t deny her healing skills and vast knowledge of everything that happens in the pack’s hospital.
Let’s not forget Vera befriends Alpha Sofia, the female Alpha in her pack, who temporarily replaces the father’s Alpha position. It makes the mind-linking processes between Vera and Sofia powerful throughout the chapters of The Last Spirit Wolf novel. Vera also establishes close relationships with Dr. Owen, the head of the pack’s hospital; Violet, the head nurse; and other team members in the pack’s hospital.
One day, Vera discovers a severely injured werewolf carrying another werewolf lying unconscious on his shoulder when she was on her way to the E.R. room. Such a sight in The Last Spirit Wolf novel is surprising because one of the werewolves is a Lycan.
No way a werewolf and a Lycan would help each other! Vera feels more shocked when Noah, the unconscious Lycan, briefly wakes up from his state and whispers the word “mate” to her ears.
Can Vera overcome her fears by eliciting pieces of information from her mate? What will happen next for Vera and Noah in The Last Spirit Wolf novel?

Part 3: An Analysis Of The Last Spirit Wolf Novel
The Last Spirit Wolf is one of the most unique novels I’ve ever read. I’ve seen several distinctive elements while turning the pages to read more chapters of this novel. Yet, the differing elements don’t diminish essential elements we often find in werewolf novels, such as the werewolf’s pack, the population’s descriptions, and the responsibility according to the ranks.
Everything about werewolves has vivid descriptions in The Last Spirit Wolf novel, from the Alpha’s daughter’s responsibility to carry her dad’s position while he is away from the pack house to the tiniest details of the werewolves and Lycans’ territories and populations. The relationships between the werewolves and Lycans are the unique things I find in The Last Spirit Wolf.
Other writers tend to describe werewolves’ respect for the Lycans, for the latter being physically superior to the former. Sometimes, they emphasize the Lycan King. Yet, in The Last Spirit Wolf novel, the Lycan King only makes a cameo appearance in the introductory chapters to determine other characters’ backstories. Not stopping there, the werewolves and Lycans’ tense rivalry is also fun to read.
The Last Spirit Wolf is also one of the distinctive novels, as it makes a pack’s doctor like Vera one of the main characters. Vera isn’t even the head of the hospital nor the head nurse, and she can’t shift even though she has reached 23. The only perk Vera has is her friendship with the female Alpha. Then, again, a woman in charge makes this werewolf novel stand out from the others.
I also love how the author of The Last Spirit Wolf vividly describes the doctor team members’ actions and orders in the E.R. room. It entices me to read more portions of this novel.
Part 4: Read A Similar Novel To The Last Spirit Wolf
The doctor’s life is busy, and we can see the examples in Vera’s life in The Last Spirit Wolf. In one of the novel’s chapters, Vera doesn’t realize the time has reached four o’clock in the early morning when she has dealt with numerous tasks and responsibilities as one of the pack doctor team members.
Such a characteristic makes any novels with mated doctors fantastic to read. Other essential story elements, such as the doctor’s orders and the different worlds between the MCs, also help spice up the stories.
