The story of My Triplet Alpha Stepbrother Mates starts by telling us all about Giselle Swan, an “ordinary” 18-year-old she-wolf from Arizona pack (anyway, that’s the name of her pack – as a reader, I get an impression that the pack is no more than an average pack that she feels ashamed in mentioning the name), whose father has recently divorced her mother.
In Dreame’s My Triplet Alpha Stepbrother Mates novel, Giselle’s father is just an Omega werewolf.
Her mother, Vera Smith, is, indeed, a lucky woman. Not only that she wins the custody battle against Giselle’s Omega father, but she also gets her Alpha second-chance mate: The gorgeous-looking Riley with his triplet sons (and another younger son named Caleb) from the wealthiest pack named the Dark Sapphire pack.
As soon as Giselle arrives at the Dark Sapphire pack, she feels awkward when the triplets and the pack members there are introducing themselves. Moreover, the triplet Alphas – Kevin, Riven, and Stefan, turn out to be so nasty.

Even though My Triplet Alpha Stepbrother Mates is the only novel that Mahek_Salvatore publishes on the Dreame platform, it doesn’t mean that the author hasn’t got any presence outside the Dreame platform.
I love the ways she (yes, Mahek_Salvatore is she – I will tell you about this one in the next few paragraphs) organizes the timelines and paragraphs within the sentences in the chapters. So, these things make the novel more enjoyable to read.
Mahek_Salvatore may only publish one novel on the Dreame platform, and we may never know when will she publishes other novels on Dreame. However, it doesn’t stop her to build her social media presence. Like any other author, we can see her Facebook and Instagram pages, and also how frequently she publishes updates of her novels there.
