Eugene was aware that he was reincarnated because of his clear memories of his past. It was full of battle and powers, but he hadn’t had one then. He realized why not have one now and get even to Vermouth’s descendants of ruining his life.
But stronger in a different way. Vermouth was known as the god of war. That title would fit him, too, Eugene thought. He even has an advisor, damn reincarnation! Hamel was again reincarnated as Eugene, the son of Gerard, a mighty Lord of the present time.
This time, life did better for him because he is a lionheart, a strong warrior. Since he remembered his past, he knows about the things about the Vermouth and will do anything to get even with him through his descendants.

Part 1: The Main Character of Damn Reincarnation – Hamel Turned Eugene
Eugene, or should I say, Hamel three hundred years ago, was reincarnated as the descendants of Vermouth, the bloodline of the God of War whom he hated. Hamel was helpless at the time. He was just a regular guy who cared about his friends and family.
His eyes were wide open as he saw his loved ones murdered by Vermouth children. The worst part for him was watching Sienna, the woman he loved more than anything, passed away in his arms. So, he swore to get justice and revenge if God gave him a chance to live again.
He was strong enough to fight in his reincarnated body to beat the Vermouth’s children. But, before he can finally achieve it, he must face every person in Vermouth’s bloodline and fight for their powers to reach the main bloodline.

Chapter 5 of Damn Reincarnation: The Duel
Eugene arrogantly entered the battlefield with Nina, ‘his newfound not-so-friend’ for the bloodline continuing ceremony. Everyone there was a descendant of Vermouth. He has unadulterated memories, so he knows exactly what to do during the training.
Eugene brags about who he is and how powerful he can be, and Cyan, the man who hates his guts, hears it. Cyan is one of the great-grandsons from the direct bloodline of Vermouth. They start chucking harsh words at one another until Cyan decides to have a duel. However, Cyan made the wrong decision because Eugene had the upper hand. Cyan’s body crumples like crumpled paper with a single yank.
Cyan became enraged and accused Eugene of having finished training with his mana. The latter’s gift of strength was not ordinary. Mana is a term they used for Vermouth children, and they didn’t have the right to use it yet.
Eugene smirked at Cyan with his accusations and answered, “You’re hallucinating. I still need to get a mana. It’s just you and your limited abilities,” he said as he turned his back on Cyan. Eugene was getting excited about this damn reincarnation.
Chapter of 6 Damn Reincarnation: Cyan’s Misery
Cyan goes home with his knight, Hazard. He couldn’t stop the tears from falling down his cheeks. Cyan’s body was still sore and remembering the person who gave him the pain made him angry. He was afraid of how his mother would react when she learned he was defeated in the duel.
His mother was too competitive with his relatives, so being weak was unacceptable in their family. Plus, his father was one of the direct bloodlines of Vermouth, the great warrior, and the God of War. Losing isn’t in his family’s vocabulary.
When they got home, Hazard abruptly told his mother what had happened, and he wasn’t convinced that Eugene, Lord Gherard’s son, had defeated his son without his mana. Ancilla has grand expectations of his kids, and what Cyan did was a disappointment. To his disgust, Ancilla slapped Cyan’s face and even hurt him more, even if he was still in pain from the fight. What a poor boy.
I pity Cyan’s character in Damn Reincarnation because pain lies behind his angst.
Chapter 8 of Damn Reincarnation: Revenge
Cyan’s twin sister, Ciel, did as her mother instructed and befriended Eugene. Ancilla was curious about Eugene’s strength, which was still not over with Cyan’s defeat. Eugene was puzzled by Ciel’s move as she waited for him at the gymnasium.
Ciel asked Eugene if she could train with her, but Eugene refused. He ignored Ciel until she wondered if he had already trained his mana, at which point he snapped. Eugene kept running around the gym, and Ciel kept up with him. But all of it was an act. Eugene loves the chase.
Ciel was still there while he slept. Because the girl has the poise to be stubborn, he seizes the opportunity and asks about the bloodline ceremony. Eugene eventually took advantage of knowing specifics about Ciel’s family because they are Vermouth’s direct bloodline. Because he vowed to mess with the God of War’s descendants in his next life. And this damn reincarnation is his perfect moment.
Chapter 9 of Damn Reincarnation: Surprised
That damn reincarnation was always surprising, Eugene. This chapter marks the start of the bloodline ceremony. Relatives of the original inhabitants of Vermouth keep getting together with visitors. He was disgusted by their arrogance and mentally rolled his eyes.
But he continues to play the innocent and appears befuddled by what is happening. He introduces himself as a member of the Vermouth bloodline. But there was one person who shocked and choked him on his tea: Lovellian, Sienna’s disciple who was the love of his life.
Chapter 17 of Damn Reincarnation: Winner
Eugene was on top of the duels as the bloodline ceremony took place amid the battle. He defeated everyone, from Cyan and Ciel to Gargith and the nine children of Vermouth’s direct bloodline. He didn’t even have to sweat to beat them.
The couple, Ancilla and Gelead, were still in awe and getting suspicious about his ability. The fact that he wasn’t trained in his mana makes them question Eugene’s ability. Eugene just shrugged it off and claimed the prize he deserved. There is more to come in this damn reincarnation.
Conclusion of Damn Reincarnation Story
This story falls in revenge and how a great warrior fought for his family and friend better for the second time when Eugene was given a chance to live again. I admire Eugene’s bravery and dedication to seeking justice for the first bloodline of Vermouth, who killed his comrades.
It might be bloody and full of anger, but I am satisfied with the things he’d done. Damn reincarnation will make you realize to live your life to the fullest with your loved ones and not let anger reign in your heart.
